Jose quickly introduced Serap to LA style and they started to teach in Long Road Sixth Form College. Serap’s and Jose’s strengths are in their diversity of being able to dance and teach all styles of salsa (Casino, the Cuban Salsa, LA/NY style (Cross Body). They specialize in teaching all levels of salsa from beginners to advanced, styling, footwork and body movement. Serap and Jose regularly teach in St Paul s Social Centre, Cambridge. You will learn to execute basic steps, moves and turns while keeping the timing. Every week you will learn at least one different move. IMPROVERS 7:30- 9:30 Basic steps will not be broken down in level 3. You will learn to join simple moves. Both Cuban and LA styles will be taught. INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED 7:30- 9:30 You will learn how to execute/follow a full repertoire of cool combinations, incorporate styling into your dance and perform shines. As a leader, you will progress from the basic techniques and moves to mastering a series of flashy moves. As a follower, you will progress from acquiring the right techniques that will make you outstand as a follower, to being able to follow complex combinations and doing multiple turns while incorporating feminine styling.
